• Seely's Safer Internet Day 2022
  Your children will have talked about ways to be safer online, today in their classes.
• Cake Sale for a Loved One - Wednesday 9th February 3.15pm
  Prior to Covid every  year at Seely we would do a `Cake Sale for a Loved One` around Valentine's Day. Previously we have raised money for members of our school community who have experienced some kind of family tragedy.
• Nottingham Boys Choir - open evening
  Nottingham Boys Choir, are holding an open evening the first Wednesday in March, for any boys, Year 1's and upwards who really enjoy singing. This will give them an opportunity to see if they would like to join our choir.
• Question about Halal Meat Options - extended deadline
  Further to the question on last weeks Headteacher Newsletter about potentially offering Halal meat options, we are extending the deadline for showing interest.
• World Book Day - Thursday 3rd March 2022
  This year we are having a whole school theme based around the book ‘Greta and the Giants’.
• Childrens Mental Health Week - 7th to 10th February
  We will be taking part in Children's Mental Health Week 2022 on 7th to 10th February, It is run by the children's mental health charity Place2Be and focuses on the importance of looking after our emotional wellbeing from an early age.
