We contacted parents about the Flu Immunisation electronic consent that has been introduced last month via email, text and a detailed News article.
We have been asked to remind parents/carers to log in and consent or decline consent for their children's flu jab ASAP as they have had a very low response so far and they need this information to carry out their immunisation visit in school accurately.
