Nottingham City Catering have a NEW form which parents / carers of children with ANY special dietary requirements and/or allergies will need to complete please.
Please can you come to the school office for a form to complete and return ASAP, or see the attached available to download and print/complete at home and return to us via email if that is more convenient. Please email completed forms to admin@seely.nottingham.sch.uk
If you have provided this information before to school please DO complete it again as there is more detailed information required on these forms to assist catering with their procedures.
