Seely is going Cashless..18 May 2018 (by admin) |
From September 2018 Seely will become a primarily cashless school. (cheques will also no longer be accepted)
Cash will only be accepted in school from Sept for the KS2 Tuck at morning break, and for fundraising/charity events i.e Children in Need. All other payments will need to be made online or with a PayPoint voucher.
If you haven't already signed up for online payments and you want to pay through the School Gateway facility, please see the office staff for more info as soon as possible so that we can get you registered in plenty of time. An added benefit of the online payment app is that it allows school to send messages to you free of charge instead of us paying a per-text rate. As i'm sure you can appreciate, the more people who sign up to online payments, the more money we can save in this way.
If you do not want to pay online, PayPoint vouchers will be available for each type of school payment so please speak to the office staff about obtaining these - we will add your name to a list and vouchers will be made available from the first day of September when the children come back in the new academic year. (Vouchers will need to be signed for at Reception).
Please find a link below to the PayPoint website to enable you to search for your nearest PayPoint store.
We appreciate your co-operation with this transition.
If you have any questions regarding your options, please ask for Mrs Gallagher-Read at reception.
