Seely Primary and Nursery School

ALL primary guardians should have received an email as per the below. It's very important that you get registered and login to Arbor so you don't miss out on any important information and can make payments for school meals / trips etc. Arbor also allows you to update pupil / guardian data yourselves and automatically feeds those changes back to us e.g change of number, email address etc so it's a great tool for making sure we have all of the correct information about you quickly and efficiently.

Dear Parent / Guardian

Welcome to Arbor! Seely Primary School is now using the Parent Portal/Arbor App and has set up an account for you. This system will now replace the School Gateway payments application and will become an important communication / information tool for parents/guardians - eventually replacing the School Jotter communication app completely.

• To finish creating your account you just need to set a password. Your username is the email address we've sent this email to.
• Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? to finish setting up your account.

You can find more information about the app / portal via the following link - Getting started - Log into the Parent Portal and the Arbor App. Arbor also offers access to many training resources which are completely free for you to make the most of! These can all be found here.

Payments: Once you have set up your login, you should be able to make payments and top up accounts for clubs/trips, meals by simply logging into the Parent Portal (this will now replace the School Gateway system). There will be more payment categories added over the coming week or so.

Please note: Your balances for meals have not been updated as the last system didn't transfer them so please bear with us while we do this manually - it could take a few weeks. You can however make payments as any credits will come off the transferred balance when it's done.

The Arbor App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones.
