We are happy to announce that the Book Swap Shed is reopening at the Summer Fair.
If you would like to swap an old book of yours, bring it in and select a new one from our vast collection of picture books, chapter books or novels for parents.
The Book Swap Shed will be open at home time every afternoon and we are kindly asking you to accompany your child when selecting their books and help us keep the shed tidy and fit for purpose, so that your child can easily find books that interest them. The Book Swap Shed will not be open throughout the day for the children to use as this is not an outdoor library and we have wonderful library facilities in both key stages for the children to enjoy in school time.
Special thank you to the Friends of Seely, who generously funded the shed and supported us in developing reading for pleasure across our school community and to Rachel Bradley and the “When You Wish Upon a Star” charity who donated the book shelf. Thank you all!
