Data Collection - IMPORTANT, FOR YOUR ACTION25 January 2023 (by admin) |
To ensure our data is accurate we need to ask parents/carers to check the information we hold about yourselves and your children on a regular basis.
To secure Data Protection, we no longer give the data collections sheets to the children in case they get lost between school and home or end up in the wrong hands.
Please see dates / times below for when we will be asking parents/carers to come into school to check their children's data and update it. You can amend your details at the time or you can take the sheets home and update them, but we MUST hand the data collection sheets to an adult, not a child to ensure the safety of the information contained within.
If you cannot get into school to do this on those dates, please see link below to the Data Protection pages of the website, where you will find a blank copy of the data collection sheet, in an editable word format so that you can complete them and email them back to us. If you have more than 1 child with us here at Seely, please ensure that you provide a sheet for EACH child if you are going to submit them electronically.
We MUST have this information checked and updated (if required) for every child in school for safety, medical and data protection purposes.
Dates/Locations for the In School Data Collection Drop-In's are:
- Nursery and F2 - Tuesday 31st Jan, 3pm onwards in the KS1 Dining Hall

- Years 3 & 4 - Thursday 9th Feb, 3pm onwards in the KS2 Hall

Thank you
