In light of the KS1 theatre trip earlier this week, we are slightly altering the collection times for Friday's trip to bring them closer in line with the usual end of day.
Children being collected from the theatre will now need to be collected at 3.30pm, from outside the main entrance of the Theatre Royal.
Children being collected from school will now need to be collected at 4.15pm.
All children can bring a water bottle and healthy snack for the interval in a small, named rucksack. They will be responsible for their rucksack throughout the trip.
Those children having school dinners will be provided with a school packed lunch, as we will be eating before the usual lunchtime in order to make it to the theatre on time.
Children will need to be dressed for cold weather, as temperatures are set to be low, and we may be waiting for the bus. They must also wear their full school uniform, as year 3/4 Christmas/winter jumper day is on Thursday 8th Dec.
Many thanks to those who are able to come as helpers, please arrive by 12.10pm and wait in the school office. To ensure we have safe adult ratios, you will also need to travel back to school on the bus with your child's class.
We've been told it's a great show, so we're all really looking forward to it!
