We have had some families experiencing problems with paying via school gateway.
The payment system is linked to our schoolcomms communication system, and if our system email address is marked as "spam" in your email account our messages won't get to you, and this can then also cause issues on the payment platform (this is the system we use to email a year group, or class group etc in one go).
Please can you check your spam filters and ensure that you are allowing all emails from the following email address so that our communication is getting to all of you:
