Friends of Seely
Friends of Seely (FoS) is a parent and carers volunteer group aimed at bringing our children and their families together to raise much needed funds to enrich our school.
We organise fundraising events, including a fantastic Summer and Winter fair, cake sales, craft sessions and the occasional disco. We are always looking for new fundraising ideas!
We are a friendly, informal group consisting of a core committee supported by a small team of volunteers. We are always looking for additional volunteers and committee members or ideas for events and after school events.
Examples of things our funds have contributed to are:
- Music Hub provision
- Class sets of musical instruments
- Creative arts projects
- i-Pads for classes
- A sensory garden in key stage 1
- A book swap shed for families to use
- School trips and experiences
- Yearly books from Santa for reception class
- Centenary commemoration gift for each child
